If so, 58VE is looking for a Venue Hire Executive to carry out effective sales and operational delivery for the Nesta-owned building 58 Victoria Embankment, a high-end office space that acts not only as offices for Nesta but also as a flexible events space and as tenanted space to leaseholders.
About Nesta
Nesta is a global innovation foundation. We back new ideas to tackle the big challenges of our time. Our mission is to spark and shape new ideas that improve how the world works for everyone. We use our knowledge, networks, funding and skills - working in partnership with others, including governments, businesses and charities. We are a UK charity but work all over the world, supported by a financial endowment.
About this key role

These will include bringing in prospective clients, responding to sales and marketing enquiries via email and phone and securing event bookings for the venue, as well as overseeing large and small-scale events, including all aspects of liaison with the client, suppliers and internal teams. You will also be expected to:
- Provide client and budget management
- Get involved in marketing the venue
- Follow internal systems, processes and record keeping supporting the administration of the venue
- Ensure the venue is run safely complying with health and safety standards
What we are looking for
Flexible, collaborative and ambitious, with a desire to work and progress within the events industry, you will have a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, often with conflicting demands.
An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with impressive attention to detail, you will also strong planning, time management and interpersonal skills. Solid IT skills, including Google applications, and an understanding of social media platforms are also essential.
