URGENT! Are you a super-organised, efficient, polished Executive Assistant/Administrator who would love to work for a boutique consultancy specialising in creating amazing special events and luxury travel experiences for their HNW private clients around the world? Then this could be for you!
THE COMPANY
From a lovely office in West London, this small company creates beautiful experiences for its HNW private clients at amazing destinations around the world. There are just two in the company, but they are supported in their passion for producing truly special, highly memorable experiences by their global freelance team of creative event producers, luxury travel specialists and local experts. Whether it's an excursion for 15 to Bali or a party for a group of friends in Mexico, it's guaranteed to be unforgettable!
THE ROLE
The company's extremely busy Founder needs a right-hand person to support her in all the essential administrative tasks that make this business the success that it is. She is always on the go, with business meetings both here and overseas, and she needs that special person she can rely on to make everything come together and make her life easier. In addition, you will also provide admin support to the Creative Producer, who is directly responsible for the special events and luxury travel experiences. There will also be opportunity to travel overseas, from time to time, to support the delivery of their special events and experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Booking travel
- Travel and event research
- Assisting in preparation of briefing packs and presentations
- Guest list management
- Ordering supplies
- Printing/packing onsite materials
- General office and event administration tasks
YOU
You will be highly organised, eloquent, very presentable and reliable, ideally with an interest in events. You will be proactive and always on the lookout for new ways to help make the office run as smoothly as possible. Whilst you are not expected to be highly proficient in IT skills, basic knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. And you will love the chance to travel overseas, from time to time, to support on-site delivery of events.
