This is an exciting opportunity to move into client management position with a growing audio visual company!

THE ROLE

Due to business growth and on-going new business wins we are now seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team and take responsibility for managing clients as well as overseeing the technical delivery of large scale projects.

This is a broad role with the opportunity to be client-facing and oversee each project.

Key responsibilities include:

*Managing key accounts
*Retaining clients and building relationships
*Developing further account growth and identifying new business opportunities
*Overseeing Account Managers with the technical delivery of projects
*Liaising with internal departments
*Reporting on figures on a weekly basis
*Managing key client liaison onsite

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have experience within an AV company, either as an Account Manager or in a client-facing technical role, along with experience in delivering exhibitions and live events. Just as importantly, you will be driven and ambitious, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion to really contribute and make a difference to the team. We may also consider candidates from more diverse event backgrounds providing they have proven client management and account development experience and an interest in the technical side of events.
