THE COMPANY

This well-established agency has grown tremendously over the years and now offers a broad range of services across departments including entertainment, design and production. With a passionate and dedicated team they create bespoke and truly unique events for their growing client base right from the initial creation concept through to execution on the day. Whether delivering a large scale conference or private launch event they are known for their expert delivery and creativity!

THE ROLE

Due to on-going success, they are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to come on board and join their creative team, helping to drive the business forward. A broad role responsibilities include:

* Working with the senior team to create and implement the new business growth strategy
* Creating effective marketing campaigns to attract and retain audiences
* Working closely with internal teams to promote activity across all departments
* Dealing with incoming enquires and converting business
* Creating proposals including costings
* Developing relationships with venues and suppliers
* Attending fam trips and site inspections when required
* Working with internal teams to deliver marketing campaigns
* Booking and attending meetings
* Promoting and advertising the business
* Maintaining and updating the website
* Attending relevant networking events / exhibitions
* Organising promotional events

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have exposure to marketing within a similar setting, ideally within the events industry. Any experience of sales would be an added benefit as would understanding google analytics. Candidates must be client facing and ideally have experience of using email marketing software and previous experience of updating websites and publishing to social media platforms. Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail is a must!
