They are an independent marketing agency, established for over 25 years, they work with a portfolio of blue chip clients delivering a range of services, including: Integrated Marketing, Creative & Production, Events and Exhibitions, Travel & Logistics and Digital services. A relaxed yet fast paced environment allows you to produce some of the best work possible!

The Role

This agency, despite their location have an extremely fast paced environment, working across a range of clients although Automotive experience would be a bonus. They are looking for an AM with strong digital skills and a keen interest in development, website builds and a basic understanding of code! You would be joining a collaborative team that utilise everyone's specific skills to ensure they produce the best end product for their clients.

A few key responsibilities are below:

• Provide timely and accurate budgets to ensure adequate time for clients to raise POs and to maximise profitability for the agency

• Work closely with the commercial lead to deliver effective forecasting to meet the account targets

• Provide ongoing support and training to the junior team members to help them achieve their objectives

• Work closely with all other departments to develop and share knowledge
• Actively research business industries and trends to understand and share knowledge
• To actively seek new business opportunities within your existing clients
• Support the new business team with all credentials requirements with the ability, where necessary, to deliver a confident agency pitch to prospective clients
