JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER / TECHNICIAN - LIVE EVENTS

We have a unique opportunity for an ambitious and technically minded individual to join an exciting and growing events business!

THE COMPANY

Partnering with some of the most iconic large scale event venues, festivals and brands this forward thinking events supply company support some of the best events and festivals across the UK and Europe, providing flawless and complete Event IT Services. Working both directly with end clients and also event / production agencies they offer a range of services including silent auction texting, CCTV, webstreaming, WIFI and event ticketing.

Due to some exciting and ongoing growth, they are now seeking a driven individual to join the team and work across their diverse calendar of events!

THE ROLE

In this busy role you will install and support on-site communication and interactive services for a wide variety of events.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Client liaison and management
* Providing quotes
* Working with internal teams
* Prepping kit for events
* Equipment maintenance
* Installing equipment and software onsite
* Ensuring the smooth running of events
* Onsite installations including working with other suppliers onsite

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this position you will have a technical understanding from an AV or IT background coupled with experience working within a site based events environment. We are looking for candidates who thrive within a fast paced environment. You will need to have the ability to work in a changing environment and respond effectively to problems and high pressured scenarios. Candidates with a passion and / or interest in computer networking / technology who wish to transfer into events will also be considered!

Candidates must be able to drive and have access to a car.
