Working as part of a collaborative team, within a vibrant office, the position offers exciting rewards and uncapped commission, plus the opportunity to build a team and progress within the business.
THE ROLE
They are now seeking a Business Development Manager to grow a base of existing accounts as well as driving new customer acquisition. You will have autonomy over your own client list and will be actively researching new prospects and opportunities!
This is a broad role that includes:
* Identifying new corporate clients
* Pitching for and securing new business
* Account management of existing corporate clients
* Researching new prospects
* Working closely with the senior team to develop growth strategies
* Calling potential prospects to introduce company services
* Securing meetings and pitching the business face to face
* Generating new enquiries
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience gained from working in business to business sales within the event, travel or hospitality sector. This role would be perfect for an existing Business Development Manager who has experience proactively seeking and converting new business and achieving large sales targets. Experience of selling a venue find service and/or full event management is ideal.
