THE COMPANY

Renowned for developing and managing award winning events such as; conferences, award ceremonies, exhibitions and gala dinners, this growing event's company pride themselves on producing flawless events. Due to their success, they have developed a strong client base across a range of markets and need an Events Executives to come in and work with their close knit, well established team. You will have key involvement across their full event programme from initial stages through to travelling on-site and assisting the Event Managers accordingly.

THE ROLE

Based within their Events team, your role will take on the following responsibilities;

Coordinating event logistics and all pre-event preparation
Handling incoming enquiries and general correspondence
Sourcing venues and researching for events
Acting as the point of contact for sponsors, exhibitors and speakers
Managing guest lists and liaising with attendees
Working closely with internal teams
Liaising with external stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers
Assisting with financials and budgeting for events
Supporting with the delivery of events onsite
Taking the lead on smaller projects
Producing onsite information including staff briefings, exhibitor lists, floorplans etc.

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates will need to have clear experience of working across a mixture of both conferences and award ceremonies. Due to their increasing events programme, candidates must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks at any one time - In return, this organisation offers fantastic training and career development.
