Job Details

We are looking for someone with strong operational experience to run multiple seasonal high-volume events venues.

This is a key contract for our client, a leading event catering company, who is looking for someone seeking a challenge within a growing company with huge potential.

In need of an absolute superstar to drive this business. A really hands on operational role for someone who can lead by example and is a real team player.

Key areas of focus:
  • Guest standards and excellence
  • Stakeholder relationships
  • Continuous Improvement and development of the team and the offering
  • Health and Safety
  • Increase revenue


Must haves:
  • Proven experience within a GM or operations role preferably within events
  • Management of a large team
  • Personality is key - building strong relationships with the client, staff and guests
  • Super organised, multi tasker
  • Commercial drive and strong financial acumen
  • Energetic, ambitious and driven
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Great business and financial acumen
  • A FOH superstar
  • Must be able to work well under pressure




Salary - £35-38K plus bonus
