CENTRAL LONDON
Up to £24K

Brilliant opportunity for friendly, well presented and efficient Receptionist to join leading creative agency in their sophisticated, contemporary offices set in central London, close by the bustle of the West End.

THE ROLE
Reporting to Head of Reception and working as one of a team of 4, the Receptionist plays a key role in providing a friendly yet efficient welcome to the building for staff and visitors alike. The building's Reception is a busy place and it's important to get to know regular visitors, particularly clients, so that you can greet them and assist them efficiently.

As well as Front Reception duties you will also be responsible for the Back Reception where deliveries are made, couriers and taxis booked and incoming and outgoing post managed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Greeting clients and visitors, signing-in and badging
  • Greeting members of staff as the arrive
  • Notifying relevant people when their visitors have arrived
  • Helping to make sure that the Reception area is tidy at all times
  • Accepting deliveries and advising of their arrival
  • Booking couriers, including international
  • Sorting incoming post, and sorting and franking outgoing post
  • Helping to keep the post room and photocopy room stocked and maintained

YOU
You'll be friendly, outgoing and confident in communicating with people at all levels. If you have previous reception experience that would be great, but it's not essential. However, strong administration skills and proficiency in Word and Excel are necessary and you should be able to work under pressure at times and be able to deal with a fluctuating workload with good humour. We're Reliability and punctuality are, of course, essential in this role.
