I don't know about you but for me the delegate journey to any event is crucial. If the information given out is wrong, they don't get booked on a flight, a room isn't reserved then you are instantly on the back foot when they arrive. This can then lead to someone being hard to engage with.
Now imagine that process where everything has been perfect for them, from registration right through to arrival onsite. This is why we need you! This journey has to be as close to perfect every time so attention to detail whilst working at speed coupled with a great work ethic and an unflappable nature is what we are looking for.
