THE COMPANY

Delivering a range of bespoke and creative events including incentives, awards ceremonies, product launches, conferences and exhibitions, this agency have become renowned for producing spectacular projects. With their ongoing success they have established a fantastic client base full to the brim of blue chip clients.

Now on the lookout for a talented Account Manager to join their team, you will have a pivotal within the agency. Taking briefs directly from the client or line manager, liaising with internal teams accordingly, managing budgets and generally being a good communicator is crucial for this role!

The ability work well under pressure and multi task particularly during the peak seasons is also really important, as the events can be live and very fast paced

THE ROLE

Your role will be exciting and varied, with key responsibilities including:

Building on new and existing relationships
Managing booking and liaising accordingly
Liaising with internal teams including production and marketing
Dealing with budgets and upselling on products
Multi-tasking and working under pressure
Attending the event on the day and assisting with any queries
Working to strict timescales
Liaising with suppliers
Dealing with artists and briefing them on the day of the event

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must have an understanding of all AV disciplines and experience in taking ownership across a variety of events. Candidates must be confident client facing and have the ability to manage large production budgets.
