Working directly to top private and corporate clients, they specialise in creating unique and hi-end private events, celebratory events, including weddings, birthday parties, and launch and anniversary celebrations in unique venues and 5* hotels in the UK and Europe - this agency is adept at turning fantasy into unforgettable reality! The company has its own and extensive in-house stock of top- level sound and lighting equipment and work with staging and scenic specialists to create incredible environments for their clients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious Production Co-ordinator to join the agency's Production Team. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll provide production support at each stage of the project's technical progress from initial brief through to on-site delivery. As a key member of the Production team, you will work closely with specialists in stage set design and build, projection, technical lighting and sound to help bring the design concept to fruition. And you'll be on-site to provide the necessary support to ensure that everything comes together as it should to create an unforgettable occasion.

YOU
Pro-active, focused and with a hands-on approach, you are confident in dealing with internal and external teams and suppliers - designers, scenic specialists, AV suppliers and technical crew. You'll be highly organised and great at creating schedules and making sure the relevant personnel adhere to them.

You're a definite team player but will happily work independently and can manage your time so that you're able to handle last minute challenges calmly and with good humour.

You enjoy a busy, vibrant office, where no two days are the same, while being on-site is something you love and is one of the main reasons you do the job! Flexibility around weekend and evening work and a willingness to travel abroad are must-haves.

Experience is important but, so too, is displaying a robust can-do attitude and being the right fit for a great team.
