Sales and Events Manager5* Private Dining and Multiple Restaurant Concept
30k plus service OTE 45-48k!
My Client is looking for a Sales and Events with similar restaurant, catering, hotel or bar experience to grow, plan, oversee and organise exciting events. This candidate needs to do a 360 event management role and also be super proactive in sales.
We need a well presented superstar who has great client-facing skills, as a key element of the role will be winning new business is super organised and loves to plan events.
The role:
- Selling,planning and delivering events from start to finish.
- Looking after large group bookings, private dining and optimising all opportunities
- Bringing creative ideas to the table to enhance events
- Building packages and selling experainces
- Social Media
- Proactive sales and networking
The Candidate:
- 2-3 years relevant experience within reservations and events
- Computer literate. Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- A great attitude and a team player
- Previous proactive sales experience and great customer service skills.
- Well presented
- Great event planning experience
