The Agency
This is based in their new office in Fulham!
They have a gym and showers onsite and a bus laid on from Hammersmith to the office during rush hours. The agency has a personal training session laid on, brunch on a Monday morning and drinks on a Friday, courtesy of the company. Lots of other creative businesses in the same space. Season ticket loan. 20 x days holiday, plus Christmas and New Year gap closure and bank holidays.
£60k plus great benefits!
Budget
- Prepare and manage detailed production budget (up to £500K)
- Coordinate detailed documentation of all quotes and costings
- Budget reconciliation
Production
- Oversee development management plans (ie: site, traffic, tech)
- Develop detailed working project timelines
- Prepare production schedules
- Prepare supplier brief documents
- Liaise with appointed television broadcaster if required
- Prepare site plans (CAD or VWX) – not essential
- Prepare production kits
- Manage production team and suppliers
- Obtain all necessary approvals & permits to stage the event
- Obtain engineer’s certificates for any constructed structures
- Oversee supplier’s insurances
Sourcing
- Working with the Production Director source, manage & appoint suitable suppliers for set and staging, lighting, sound, video, scenery, props, transport, machine hire, power etc
- Collaborate with the Production Director in the appointment of suitable crew to manage the following activities; Lighting Designer, Audio Director, Site Manager, Production Coordinators & Assistants, Riggers, Stand by Electricians & Plumbers, Noise Monitoring Consultants, local crew
H&S
- Follow OH&S management systems and policies
- Communicate prior to the event to all suppliers the OH&S compliance standards
- Oversee event specific risk management systems
Entertainment
- Book and manage all pyrotechnics & special effects
- Fill performance rider technical requirements
Security & First Aid
- Oversee security management with venue
- Liaise with emergency services such as ambulance, fire and police
- Oversee all emergency procedures in conjunction with security
- Communications hire & procedures
General
- Liaise with statutory authorities
- Development applications
- Building applications
- Local councils
- Work proactively with Event Producers
