THE COMPANY

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest and most prestigious venues in the capital. Part of a large (and growing) international company they are renowned for delivering some of the most imaginative experiential events, exhibitions and brand experience events. Being responsible for creating and delivering their own portfolio they are also responsible for the management and delivery of a unique range of events including film premiers, experiential campaigns, launch events and music events for a broad range of brands!

THE ROLE

Due to an exciting upcoming portfolio of projects there is now an opportunity for a Senior Event Producer to come on board and take the lead across the delivery of 10 large scale events:

*Overseeing the entire project (10 events across 4 countries)
*Acting as the main point of contact throughout
*Managing internal stakeholder relationships
*Producing presentations, event content, running orders and production schedules
*Oversee a team of Project Managers working to support the event delivery
*Ensuring that deliverables are met throughout the delivery
*Managing event finances and budgets
*Taking hold of the live delivery of events onsite (internationally)

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven background in working across large scale live or concert style projects. The ability to manage key stakeholder relationships, take hold of full project responsibility and deliver under short lead times are key experiences to be considered for this role.

Candidates must be available until the end of September 2019 have the ability to travel internationally.
