CLIENT ENGAGEMENT / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – 3 month contract (temp to perm) part time or full time depending on candidate – LONDON

On the lookout for an experienced Client Engagement/Sales person to join a reputable international live events agency in their Incentive Travel team. The role will be hands on in terms of actively looking to develop new incentive travel opportunities, focussing on finding new clients. You will generate new leads, convert warm ones, contribute to pitch ideas and own the full end to end sales process to grow the sales pipeline. You will have a proven track record in developing & winning new business and will have an in depth understanding of the events industry, in particular incentive travel. You'll be excited to bring your own ideas to this process, be encouraged to work in your own way and be given plenty of opportunities to grow and develop with the agency. You will also have experience of using CRM systems, experience with ROI (and how to communicate to clients) and a real hunger and a track record in profitable new business generation.  A really great opportunity for a driven candidate who wants to play a key role in this dynamic & positive business. This role is an initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to be extended or possibly made permanent and there is the option for this to be either part time or full time.
