Are you looking for a pivotal position with a widely recognised London venue? Keen to drive forward the sales and events function and make a real impact in the business?

This iconic London based venue holds a variety of large scale events including glitzy award ceremonies, immersive product launches, live concerts and film premieres for a mix of impressive corporate clients and the public. This multi-purpose venue offers a versatile backdrop for a wide range of business and prides itself on its fantastic team!
THE ROLE
With a number of exciting developments currently taking place and an ever expanding event calendar, there is now the opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales and Events to take responsibility for leading the sales team and creating a strong strategy for the venue.
This is a broad role that includes:
* Direct management of the sales and events team
* Developing strategy, sales plans and profit targets
* Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
* Developing, producing and delivering events
* Coordination of sales forecasting and planning
* Reporting on sales targets and profit & loss
* Key account management
* Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience gained from working in a large scale venue or alternatively relevant event industry sales experience. This role would be perfect for an existing Head of Sales or Business Development Manager who has experience proactively seeking and converting new business, creating sales strategies and managing a sales team.
