Are you looking for a graduate role where you can gain a variety of event experience? With the opportunity to travel and help a small events team in organising up to 11 conferences internationally, within the Currency and Identity Document Field? We want you!

As part of our small and vibrant Conference Team the right candidate will be personable, hardworking and able to meet deadlines. In return, they will be given the opportunity to gain varied experience, develop their role and travel internationally.

 The role will report to the Senior Conference Manager but will involve close communication and coordination with all parts of the company, such as:

  • Marketing
  • Conference Management
  • Finance and administration

Training you can expect:

  • Database management
  • Online registration systems
  • Delegate management
  • Speaker management
  • Sponsor and exhibitor liaison
  • General events administration

What we would like:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with databases is preferable but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally when necessary
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A keen interest in the events industry
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent inter-personal and customer service skills
