Event Caterer

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Office Manager to work for a leading and highly successful Event Caterer.





The Role:
  • Making sure the team are monitoring and answering emails, phones and enquires within the company standard
  • Processing and Inserting Payments
  • Ensuring all Customers requests are logged correctly, such as dietary requirements
  • Counting and Packing orders that are paid for, ensuring they are dispatched
  • Helping customers with their online accounts
  • Administrative Support to the Office and Management Team
  • Assisting with any administrative tasks in the run up to an Event
  • Ensuring the messages on the answerphone are listened to and replied the same day
  • Being the point of contact for suppliers and ensuring office supplies and resources are restocked
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Looking after the booking system and being fully aware of how it operates, to a standard where you can train the newcomers to the team
  • Reconciling Payment Reports from the team's daily processing of incoming payments


The Candiadte:



  • Must have experience in office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Good people management skills
  • Ideally the candidate can drive
