This high profile venue based in Central London with a variety of event spaces as well as a brand new multi-functional events space seeks an Event Operations Executive who will be a fundamental part of the expanding team.

In this role you will ensure the smooth running and successful management of your allocated events across all event spaces which include the new blank canvas dry hire event space. Events will range from dinners, receptions, conferences, fashion shows, private events, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and product launches. You will deliver all events efficiently and effectively to ensure the customer receives optimum service levels and the venue optimum income.

To be successful in the role, you will be required to develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients, accredited suppliers and internal staff. Reporting into the Event Operations Manager, you will have experience of operational event management within a venue and be enthusiastic, driven and willing to evolve with the organisation.

The role will involve:
* Planning and delivering events once they have been confirmed with the sales team
* Conducting site visits with the client and chosen suppliers
* Working with internal departments to book operational requirements
* Managing the event, including supplier set up and load out
* Ensuring that all financial information relating to events is recorded accurately
* Account managing your clients to increase repeat bookings
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and staff to ensure events run smoothly.
* Assuming Licensee responsibilities in accordance with the requirements of the Licence.
