This particular venue hosts a number of events each year including large scale conferences, congresses, exhibitions, live events and more!

THE ROLE

As part of their continued success, they are now looking for a Technical Production Executive to join and be the lynch pin between their sales and technical teams!

Responsibilities include:

* Supporting with proposals
* Being the first point of contact for the sales team
* Building relationships
* Producing quotations
* Technical administration
* Conducting client show arounds
* Preparing documents and files
* Working closely with the sales and production teams
* Onsite support when necessary

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth working knowledge of the events industry and preferably strong technical knowledge. Ideally you will have gained experience from within a large scale venue, technical supply company, or a production agency.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have a proven ability to work well under pressure within a client facing role.
