In need of an Event Director/Team Lead for a 6-9 month maternity cover for this Global Investment Management Organisation. 

Reporting to the Head of Events, the role of team lead will oversee and manage on a day to day, 3/4 staff overseeing KPI's, training and hiring as well as overseeing the delivery of over 200 + events per year. 

The events team run a range of large and small events from global summits and conferences to small rountables and 1-1's.  

This is a great role for someone coming from an in-house or agency background who has led and managed but perhaps not held the official title and looking for the next step. 

Ultimately however, you need to ideally be available ASAP to handover with the current Team Lead. 

Candidates applying for the role must hold a strong understanding of corporate organisations, structures and process.  If coming from an agency background, it would be preferable that you have worked with financial or professional service clients. 

Candidates applying for the role must hold a valid working UK Visa and UK based events experience.
