Event Project Manager

A communications agency based in central London are looking for a  Project Manager – Events to deliver UK and global complex events.

You will be responsible for the full project management of events from  taking the brief, creative proposals, presentations, budgets, logistics, client management, digital requirements, 3^rd party suppliers through to reconciliation of events.  You will work closely with internal teams including production, digital, delegate management etc.

The clients will be varied including financial, media, technology and telecoms.  Events will including conferences, award ceremonies, incentive programmes, product launches, road shows etc.

The client is looking for someone who has flair for creative solutions, so experiential delivery would be ideal.   Ideally you will have several years experience of delivering global incentive programmes.

You must have a track record of end to end events delivery experience.

You will manage  Junior Project Execs on a day to day basis.
