We are working with a fantastic integrated agency based in West London who are looking for a Client Services Director!
Main Responsibilities of the Role:
- Leading the delivery team in achieving outstanding results and consistent successful delivery of allocated projects to deliver 5-star service
- Ensuring resource is planned and team members fully inducted at peak stages of the year
- Working to Company margin targets where possible
- Work with pitch teams to convert opportunities to wins by ensuring our solutions meet the client brief
- Build strong client relationships at the highest level whilst balancing communications with a wider team
- Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information & adhere to company policies and procedures
- Part of the Senior Management Team
