THE ROLE

They are now looking for an Events Marketing Coordinator to be take ownership for profile raising and marketing the full events portfolio, whilst managing their own designated events!

This is a broad role with responsibilities including:
  • Collating all event related information and content
  • Manage and execute the planning and preparation of events
  • Coordinator event suppliers, vendors and delegates
  • Manage social media exposure for events
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, advertisers and exhibitors
  • Create and proof post event surveys
  • Monitoring, proofreading and testing webpages for events
  • On site event management


THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have previous event marketing experience and understand the various marketing tools and platforms available to promote events. The role calls for a confident individual who has strong organisational skills.
