THE ROLE

With new clients coming on board and existing clients growing, there is now the opportunity for an Event/Project Assistant to join their creative team and assist on a huge variety of live event projects as well as being the main support to the Managing Director.

Within this creative communications agency there will be a broad range of responsibilities such as:

* Managing and maintaining the Managing Directors diary and emails
* Coordinating travel and accommodation requirements
* Conducting weekly meetings with the Managing Director
* Supporting on event projects including venue finding
* Liaising with suppliers, ordering equipment
* Internal coordination and administration
* Attending meetings and traveling with the Managing Director
* Liaising with speakers, exhibitors and press
* Onsite delivery support

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of the events industry with a true passion to take their career to new heights within the events industry. You must be confident and very well organised as you will be working on multiple projects at any one time as well as supporting the Managing Director in his day to day duties.
