This highly creative global production and exhibitions agency is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with an exhibitions background to join their Bristol offices!

THE AGENCY

With a fantastic range of clients including high profile organisations, technology clients, well known sports brands and automotive clients - this agency delivers cutting edge live experiences, experiential build and exhibitions including design and build of intricate stands and outdoor public events! As part of a bigger global agency they work in partnership on some events and directly with some of their own end clients.

THE ROLE

Due to ongoing growth we now are recruiting a Senior Project Manager for this fantastic agency - this role is the key client contact and will be fully responsible for pulling together the internal departments. As part of the management team you will work with internal logistics, design, creative and production departments to deliver a range of highly complex exhibitions and events.

Responsibilities will include:

* Working on projects from initial brief stage
* Managing the full logistics and end-to-end delivery of exhibitions
* Briefing in the creative department and working on the concept
* Overseeing the design process, preparing project plans and pitching proposal presentations
* Ongoing client liaison - acting as central point of contact throughout the project duration
* Budget management and reconciliation
* Briefing and liaising with all teams including production, design and logistics
* Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
* Ensuring correct levels of resource are allocated across projects
* Liaising with exhibition organisers for stand approval
* On-site event management, including overseeing stand installation

THE CANDIDATE

You will have excellent project management experience, ideally within an events or production agency and with exposure to a range of projects - specifically exhibitions! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high calibre agency on some really exciting global projects.
