THE ROLE

This growing agency is looking for an Events Executive to join their team and support across a range of events from start to finish.

The range of duties will include:

Supporting on events from brief through to on-site delivery
Updating clients with project plans and attending meetings
Sourcing venues and negotiating contracts
Supporting on proposals and destination research
Inputting into budgets and cost management
Updating and maintaining databases
Registering delegates on Cvent systems
Providing support on-site at events
Providing general support across the agency

THE CANDIDATE

To apply for this opportunity you will need a solid base within events administration either in venue finding, delegate registration or broader events support. A huge advantage would be a strong working knowledge of the events platform Cvent or other events software. You will be highly organised with a strong work ethic and experience working with pharmaceutical / healthcare clients would be advantageous.
