THE COMPANY
The agency is a full service events, marketing and communications agency that delivers live events as part of wider marketing campaigns for an impressive portfolio of blue chip clients across sectors including automotive, telecoms and IT.
Events include large road shows, award ceremonies and experiential events through to large-scale conferences both in the UK and overseas. With in-house design, creative, video, production and event logistics they are winning new accounts, growing existing clients and rapidly becoming a key agency to work for.

THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a highly organised event professional to work within the small events team across a range of luxury automotive projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Taking the lead on guest management and communications
* Managing the communications plan and overseeing a busy inbox
* Taking queries and managing communication from clients and customers
* Building relationships with key stakeholders
* Inputting and checking data across varied systems and Excel
* Coordinating written communications across key stakeholders
* Organising freelance guest management resource
* Delivering weekly reporting
* Supporting with post event analysis
* Assisting with general administration and support tasks
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised and hold strong administration skills. Experience managing complex delegate/stakeholder processes would be very beneficial. In return you can expect a highly team orientated, fun loving working environment and the chance to work on some exciting and high spec projects.
