Build your career with our Professional Associations Events Team. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced exhibition coordinator to work on large scale Expos that exceed client expectations within the Professional Associations Team.
Reporting into the Event and Exhibition Manager, you will be the point of contact for all sponsors and exhibitors and will work closely with the commercial sales team and external operations company to process new sales, manage the floor plan, collate and proof the showguide, produce the digital signage, the welcome packs for exhibitors and the briefing packs for staff. Onsite responsibilities include delivering all contracted sponsorship and exhibitor benefits and managing their requirements on the day; briefing and supervising exhibition event staff.
