As well as a broad scope of events they also provide the opportunity to work across a range of sectors for a variety of clients.

THE ROLE

Working in the venue sourcing team, this role will involve working closely with both internal Account Managers and end clients to provide a seamless venue sourcing service. Taking a variety of briefs from both sources, no day is ever the same as the team source a huge range of venues across the globe.

Responsibilities include:

*Managing a full venue find brief
*Liaising with clients throughout each project
*Researching venues both UK and internationally for event space and accommodation
*Creating proposals and providing quotations to internal teams and clients
*Using negotiating skills to obtain the best rates
*Building relationships with venues and key suppliers
*Carrying out site visits and attending FAM trips
*Manging the internal venue database
*Working to deadlines and SLA's
*Maximising revenue from commission and meeting financial targets

THE CANDIDATE

This role will suit an organised and professional individual with previous venue sourcing experience ideally from an event agency environment or a thorough understanding of venue/hotel processes and operations.
