Marketing Communications Manager

An exceptionally dynamic event organisation based between the UK and Europe, are looking for a Marketing Communications professional who is a content enthusiast who loves planning and implementing creative online campaigns based upon amazing content to engage with existing and potential new delegates, exhibitors and leaders in this industry. You are happiest when developing investigative, contextual copy that speaks to well thought out personas and targeted audiences. The companies events have some of the very best speakers and influencers and you will be drawing out the parts of their output that really connect with senior industry professionals. You will use your content throughout their social media channels, ensuring that your copy is supported by equally amazing creative assets.

You will also use your copy to engage their media partners and support the Head of Event Marketing with the PR program. You will be delivering emails, digital copy, adverts and assets that drive attendance for their events as well as delivering value to the partners through their association with the company. They want someone to take their media partner and PR program and set it alight with innovative content, communication and management.

They have a goldmine of content resource, and it is there to be turbocharged. You will have access to fantastic speakers and their thoughts. You will build out their social media content strategy and then you will bring this strategy to life.

You must have:
* 3-5 years' experience managing an international social media program (especially through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube)
* A track record of delivering results though social media
* An understanding of investigative content generation
* An ability to write fluently in English
* An ability to work to tight deadlines
* A knowledge of conferences and exhibitions
* A knowledge of salesforce, a social media scheduling tool (preferably buffer)
* Experience in tracking all engagement through UTMs
* A desire to always improve
* A passport!
It would be nice to have:
* Experience of managing a media partner program for an event
* Experience of conducting global campaigns
* French as a second language (this would be an added bonus!)
