THE ROLE

This creative agency are now looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to join a key division within the business, producing and leading a wide range of live experiences for their blue chip client base. A broad role responsibilities include:

Taking interpreting briefs
Having a deep understanding of clients' needs and business
Playing a lead role across pitching and tenders
Developing initial concepts for events
Managing timeframes, schedules, costs and budgets
Working closely with internal teams including creative, design and technical
Ensuring that the branding, messaging and tone of voice is correct
Working with speakers / presenters on their presentations
Managing events on-site

THE CANDIDATE

The preferred candidate must have a proven background of managing and delivering events gained from within an events, creative or production agency. Candidates must have worked on corporate events including conferences and be familiar with the full end to end management of these. Candidates must be able to contribute ideas to event concepts and proposals and be confident leading on projects. Candidates must be client facing and commercially aware and have strengths in developing relationships. An understanding of production and creative (design and digital) would be preferred but is not essential for the role.
