THE ROLE

As Event Producer you will be responsible for providing production support across a key upcoming project.

Responsibilities are broad and will include:

* Contributing to mood boards and initial event concepts
* Working closely with internal teams and the wider production team
* Liaising with key external suppliers
* Writing and delivering briefs internally and externally
* Researching venues, dressing elements, etc.
* Sourcing competitive quotes
* Preparing and working to project timelines
* Assisting with the creation of health & safety documents
* Providing onsite event production support
* Managing event budgets

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for mid-weight freelance Event Producers with experience working on a broad variety of creative/experiential projects. Due to the location of the end project, candidates must be fluent French speaking! Availability is required from September until December 2019.
