Marketing Executive

This rapidly growing UK & Global exhibition organiser is seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join their dynamic and exciting company. With over 750 lively and energetic team members, a portfolio in excess of 220 events, over 28,000 exhibitors and 1.2m visitors, across 10 venues and 17 countries, they offer not only an exciting opportunity to be part of this journey, but also fantastic career development.



Based in the London office you will be required to work across one of their key portfolios. The portfolio consists of two events that take place in Europe and South East Asia, a magazine and online portal.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for the execution of the event marketing plans as well as the development and management of relationships with partners, exhibitors and media. The Marketing Executive will have an input and influence on the development of the campaign, the growth of the event and will have an integral role in the smooth running of the event onsite.



Experience in the event marketing mix is required; however equally important is the drive and energy to succeed in a fast-growing company.



Responsibilities include:

• Execution of marketing plans for both visprom and exprom stages to drive maximum revenues and visitor numbers
• Developing and executing email and social media campaigns using salesforce marketing cloud, hootsuite and other integrated tools
• Communicating with visitors, exhibitors and prospects to gain market knowledge in the interest of developing the event
• Liaising with in-house designers on branding and managing external agents on collateral creation
• Managing media partnerships for maximum value and brand exposure

Skills, experience and attributes required:

• Minimum of 1 year in exhibition or event marketing
• High competency across of all forms of communication
• Analytical approach, balanced with creativity
• Independent working skills and confidence to influence decisions
• Great attention to detail
• Competence in Microsoft Office products
