Event Manager

A well respected event organiser based in SW London, seeks an experienced Event Manager to manage a portfolio of awards, conferences and forums held in London. You will be responsible for the complete end to end project management including venue liaison, event timelines, event websites, marketing, event planning and logistics of your events, liaising with external partners and stakeholders as well as internal departments.



You will manage all aspects of the awards programmes from launching the awards process, category management, awards entry processing, management of the judging and the awards ceremony. You will have responsibility of the P& L for all events and work with internal departments to ensure that the content for forums and 1-2-1 meetings element is managed efficiently.



You will manage the work load of Event Co-ordinators who will assist with event administration, but have overall management of your portfolio of events. A good understanding of event marketing is useful.
