We are looking for a super senior superstar to lead this fabulous integrated agencies' Client Services Team (CST) to deliver against Company gross profit and growth targets.

Main Responsibilities of the Role

  • Responsible for leading agency relationships on designated accounts to ensure that stakeholders become advocates of the agency
  • Lead and support Client Director’s to achieve their Company gross profit and growth targets
  • Participate in all the company’s projects in excess of £400K and lead business review meetings with the Company’s key accounts
  • Leading the Client Services Team to deliver 5-star service through active management and distribution of workload
  • Participate in the company’s marketing & PR strategy to grow your accounts
  • Supporting the new business team by attending new business visits & leading pitch teams to convert opportunities
  • Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information & adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Board Representative for the Client Services Team
