You will be responsible for growing your own portfolio of clients selling exhibition space and print & digital products across this exciting portfolio.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue, whilst also managing a large client base and seeking opportunities to increase revenues from your existing accounts. You will need to be a target-driven individual with excellent negotiation and customer service skills. You will need to display high levels of account management to your existing clients, as well as build quick rapport with new business prospects.

Job duties & responsibilities:
  • To contact new & existing customers via telephone on a daily basis to close sales deals.
  • Up-selling existing clients by package upgrade or by cross-selling into other areas of the portfolio
  • Achieving and exceeding individual monthly team & individual sales targets set and explained by the Sales Manager.
  • Keep client management system accurately up to date with individual new sales leads, sales contracts and use CRM to manage accounts efficiently.
  • Contribute ideas and develop opportunities that will assist in the growth of the business and the events
  • Attend competitor exhibitions in order to sell face to face and obtain further insight

The Candidate:
  • 2+ years' experience in a telephone sales role
  • Outstanding negotiation & organisational skills are essential for this role
  • Experience using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets
