Senior Account Manager

THE ROLE

This is a unique opportunity to join an award-winning motorsport focused live events and production agency as a Senior Account Manager . The chosen candidate will be directly responsible for overseeing client projects from concept to delivery and will nurture, service and grow client relationships in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team. You will have a keen understanding of motorsport, be a champion of imaginative and original work, you’ll be growth orientated and you’ll have the energy, skills and passion to lead a delivery team to success. You will understand the clients’ industry, their own commercial landscape and be at the heart of their marketing strategy and planning. You will report to the Group Account Director and help to grow the business as well as supporting the drive around new clients incl. actively participating in new pitch opportunities.

SKILLS & COMPETENCES

• Degree educated with 3yrs event management experience

• 2yrs motorsport account experience

• Outstanding project and event management skills

• Good understanding of production led events

• Additional languages beneficial but not a requirement

• A ‘client first’ approach and ability to understand client objectives from proposal through to event delivery

• Quick learner, adaptable and pragmatic thinker, whilst being tenacious, results driven and resilient

• Successfully working across multiple projects simultaneously
