THE ROLE
Due to continued success and increased business wins there is now an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to join their committed team and ensure flawless production across a range of events. A broad role responsibilities include:
Interpreting client briefs
Managing client contact and being the main point of contact for all their production needs
Managing the full production process
Creating proposals including full costings and quotes
Liaising with venues (including attending site visits)
Creating all pre-event production documentation and schedules
Working closely with internal teams and departments
Managing event logistics; booking and scheduling kit, crew and transportation
Managing, negotiating and booking suppliers
Creating CAD plans
Ensuring health and safety for events
Budget management
Onsite management including overseeing the install and break down of events
Management of a team ,including managing freelancers and suppliers onsite
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this Production Manager role you should ideally come from an event, production or build agency and have had previous experience of managing production projects end to end. Candidates must have client-facing skills coupled with experience of managing suppliers and a solid knowledge of AV. Experience of managing large scale events including conferences, product launches and experiential events would be ideal.
