THE ROLE
Due to a busy events calendar there is now a need for an experienced Operations Executive to come on board and work across their portfolio of exhibitions. A broad role responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the Head of Operations across all exhibitions
Updating and amending floor plans
Creating exhibitor manuals
Venue management and liaison
Ensuring stand plans and order forms are returned by deadlines
Exhibitor liaison including answering queries via phone and email
Organising and managing projects around the exhibition including social events and workshops
Onsite management
Budget management
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should have similar experience gained from working within a conference/ exhibition organiser, association or similar event experience. Candidates must have high levels of customer service and excellent attention to detail. Experience of working on exhibitions, dealing with exhibitor enquires and amending floorplans previously would be an added benefit. Spanish or German language skill would be highly advantageous.
Candidates must be willing to undertake international travel for the events.
