Do you have senior level agency experience including team management? This lovely, fast paced global event management agency deliver conferences, parties, launches, incentives for a whole range of sectors across UK & Europe. They are looking for a strong communicator to lead, manage & motivate a team of 10 people (SPM's PM's and SPE's). You will be responsible for overseeing all the event delivery, day to day team management, training, reviews, resource planning, managing workloads & overseeing key accounts, stepping in when you need to. Operational budgets will be under your control as will ensuring all policies & procedures are adhered to. They are looking for someone with significant experience of team management & senior event delivery experience in a similar agency environment. A fantastic opportunity to join a great agency who have been established for 25 years with lots of awards under their belt!
