THE ROLE

Based in Bedfordshire, this vibrant agency delivers some of the most creative events for a broad range of clients across industries including automotive, FMCG, retail and professional services to name a few! Due to their on-going success there is now an opportunity for an experienced Events Project Manager to join the team.

As an operational post this role will include:

* Venue and supplier selection and management
* Delegate and travel logistics
* Budget management and reconciliation
* Manage working relationships across the business and with external suppliers
* On-site logistics management
* Post-event reconciliation and de-brief

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering a range of events from end to end (preferably within the automotive, FMCG, retail or professional services sectors) including ride and drives, dealer events, product launches, incentives and conferences. Candidates must be familiar with delivering large events with budgets in excess of £500,000.
