Lovely job for a strong administrator looking for flexible working within leading creative agency with amazing clients, based in the West Midlands.

THE COMPANY
Based in fabulous offices, be part of a company of over 250 creative and production experts, this is an exciting and sociable place to work. As a leading independent global creative agency, they have a proven track record in delivering highly creative experiential projects for their high-profile clients.

THE ROLE
Support the Automotive team who create and deliver global auto shows exhibitions, events and retail design. Reporting to and acting as PA to the Business Director you will become an integral member of the team, providing a high standard of support all round, and ensuring that all in the office runs smoothly. This is for an initial 3 months, 4-5 days a week, 4-6 hours per day (this is all negotiable).

Duties will include:
  • PA to Business Director and team support
  • Phones and being first point of contact for guests
  • Organising meeting rooms & catering
  • A range of admin support for projects
  • Office management, stationery supplies etc
  • IT support via their IT department, including ordering equipment and setting up new starters
  • Organising trips and social occasions




ABOUT YOU
I am looking for someone with prior administration or project co-ordination experience, maybe from an agency, who has a genuine interest in working within a creative agency environment. You'll be friendly, approachable, polite with great interpersonal skills and strong organising and admin experience. Confident in communicating at all levels and very organised.

Key requirements:
  • Admin/project management experience - ideally agency
  • Strong communicator/relationship builder
  • Excellent organiser, good at time management and prioritising
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work as a team player and independently, using own initiative
