EVENTS MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER – Permanent - LONDON

Are you a highly experienced Events Marketing Campaign Manager?  Do you have extensive global marketing experience in the paid events arena?  Can you demonstrate a strong track record in acquiring and driving the right quality and quantity of delegates to large scale, international events.   My client, a US-based global association of 850 member companies, serving 5 billion customers across 180 companies is looking for someone just like you.  The right person will be responsible for attracting 5,000 delegates to attend a series of events, planned to take place at locations in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and USA and for the delivery of $1.5m in revenue across all events.

The perfect candidate will have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of delegate acquisition and marketing strategies and associated tools including web, email, social media, tele sales, digital advertising, direct mail and local/grass roots marketing.  Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, etc. is a requirement. Excellent grammar and writing skills are key, as you'll be creating copy for websites and other sales and marketing platforms.  You'll be responsible for weekly internal reporting to multiple senior level stakeholders of progress made against delegate registration and solid financial acumen is essential as you'll be accountable for very large revenue targets.

Experienced in working for a multi-national company with internal teams spread across multiple locations around the world, the right person will also be super organised and able to multi-task across several events with conflicting priorities simultaneously.

This is a highly pressured role but hugely rewarding - with the added benefit of remote working from home, plus regular international travel.
