DELEGATE COMMUNICATION MANAGER – 9 months Mat cover (December start) - LONDON

Brilliant mat leave role with a creative agency starting first week in December for 9 months!
A lovely creative agency is looking for someone to join them to work on a luxury automotive client account where the focus of the role would be supporting the Event Managers with the day-to-day delegate and guest communication on a wide range of live events. This will include acting as first point of contact for delegate and client queries, on the phone and email, accurately inputting guest response data into online databases, proof-reading and editing communications, producing regular status reports and generally assisting with event logistics, such as, organising kit and collateral for events and briefing in artwork for invitations and other small print items.
We're looking for someone able to demonstrate great attention to detail, an excellent telephone manner, good communication skills, a proven ability to work with online databases and an outgoing personality and friendly confidence who would love to be part of a team delivering some amazing events for a luxury client.
