THE ROLE

Now looking for a Warehouse Manager to join the team, this is an opportunity to join the company at a pivotal point. With ongoing improvements underway, you will have the chance to be a part of a continually developing company making waves in the industry.

Responsibilities include:

Line management of up to 20 permanent staff in the Warehouse
Providing support and direction to the service centre
Overseeing the efficient use of the rental system (InspHire)
Suggesting improvements to ensure the company is constantly progressing
Ensure all equipment is maintained
Ensuring Health & Safety policies are adhered to
Providing overall management and ensuring KPI's are achieved by the team

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have strong management skills coupled with an understanding of AV/IT equipment used for live events. The ability to motivate your team is essential in addition to a confident management style.
