A fantastic opportunity for a junior event professional to join a leading B2B organisation delivering global business forums. You will be part of the event team assisting the Event Director with delegate registration and buyer registration forms process. You will create supplier invoices, pre event collateral and signage.
You must have strong administrative and organisational skills. Experience of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
You will have at least a year of working within the events agency sector and looking to continue your event career.
You will be required to travel internationally working onsite for the events.
Ideally knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/One Drive and FileMaker
