This exciting 'start up' experiential agency, part of a larger European group, is on the hunt for an Operations Manager/Producer to join their small, but perfectly formed team who are on the cusp of further expansion. Based in central London, they deliver first class brand activations and experiences across Europe for high profile, globally recognised clients drawn from a wide range of industry sectors, including FMCG, Telecoms and Automotive.
This is a true 360 degree role, with responsibility for the entire project lifecycle from client brief to on-site delivery, and all interim stages. It's a genuine hybrid and requires someone with a combination of excellent operational delivery and account management expertise. A solid track record of working within an experiential or events agency at operations manager or producer level is necessary, as is the confidence to build and nurture strong client and stakeholder relationships. You'll have a wide knowledge base within the brand engagement sphere (focus on digital content ideally), PR and social media.
We're looking for someone who is collaborative, hands-on and extremely organised, keen to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver the best possible results for this super agency.
